The European Network of Independent Experts on Social Inclusion reviews the implementation of the 2008 Active Inclusion Recommendation, (which includes adequacy of minimum income schemes),  and presents practical suggestions towards a more effective implementation of the Recommendation. This is a synthesis of the national reports, which should be available shortly.
